 Responsible for sourcing sites for and constructing new restaurants across Ukraine, creation the strategy of development McDonald’s in Ukraine.
 Calculation of profitability planned stores and results of mutual influence new restaurants to existing stores with conclusions about economical reasonability of construction new stores in some cities and districts of Ukraine and Kiev.
 Reported to the General Director and managed three departments – property, construction and equipment – and 12 employees.
 Built three free-standing restaurants, installed another five new restaurants into existing buildings, and expanded a further 28 already existing McDonald’s restaurants.
 Also served as property manager for company’s six large commercial buildings throughout Ukraine, in particular Kreschatik - Plaza concluded and prolonged lease agreements, controlled financial flaw from leasers.
 Created “Room book” with description of unified technical decisions and interior design for restaurants McDonald’s to optimize project and construction process of new stores.
